By accessing and using Day01.AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Day01.AI is an open-source AI-powered daily learning platform. The service generates personalized learning content using third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) via API keys that you provide.
Day01.AI operates on a “Bring Your Own API Key” model. Your API keys are encrypted and stored only in your browser's local storage. They never touch our servers. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API key usage with the respective AI providers.
We store your profile information, learning progress, session history, and skill file in our database (Supabase) to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Day01.AI is open source under the MIT License. You may inspect, fork, and self-host the code. The source code is available on GitHub.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Day01.AI is not responsible for decisions made based on the learning content provided.
